Tobias Treppmann is a product designer, theologian, and mentor helping churches and Christian organizations navigate change through strategic design and theological reflection.

What He Does

Tobias combines deep expertise in product design and human-centered innovation with a genuine passion for the global church. He believes that good design and theological depth don't have to be in tension—in fact, they strengthen each other.

His work focuses on:

• Strategic Ministry Consulting — helping church leaders clarify their mission and operationalize their vision
• Design Thinking for Ministry — applying human-centered design principles to ministry challenges
• Digital Spiritual Formation — building products and platforms that foster genuine spiritual growth in community
• Missional Innovation — equipping churches to contextualize the gospel and thrive in rapidly changing contexts

Current Work

BibelTV: As a product designer, Tobias helps shape digital resources for Christian education and spiritual formation.

Aperto: Founder and lead designer of Aperto (aperto.bible), a digital spiritual formation platform designed for meaningful Scripture engagement in community.

Kairos University: Pursuing a Master of Arts in Missional Leadership, exploring the intersection of theology, culture, and organizational change.

Oratio&Co: Founder and principal consultant, working with churches and ministry organizations on strategic design, theological reflection, and innovation.
